Ho Ho Ho Dear Readers,
I can’t believe it’s that time again!
What`s in our little Christmas stocking this issue? Our cover you`ll find is related to our lead, by Chantel Alcock who gives us a goodie on traditions around the world over Christmas, did you know Ukraine decorate their trees with spiders and spiders webs, considered to be good luck? We have an interesting piece by our old friend Harrison Simfukwe who gives us a comparative analysis on the difference between monkeys & great apes and great apes & humans. We have a seasonal related piece from Doc Howard (Cure) on rainy season beasties & Sharon Billing gives us pointers on fitness tips, not December reading December + fitness = 0.
We hear from African Parks with Andrea Reid, who gives us the positive results of the recent census done in Liwonde, which shows the annies are on an increase. We have an update from Katheryn Kachimanga on the ongoing plight to resolve wildlife and human conflict. Rose Wardle brings us Char Char trust, whose worthwhile aims are to improve literacy in Malawi.
Huge thanks to all contributors and of course my wonderful advertisers, without whom this publication would not be possible.
Now take care of yourselves over Christmas and I’ll see you next year!
