Dear Reader

Hello All,
Yes, yes, yes I know we are a week late; unfortunately I have had tremendous back problems, which have SLOWED things down somewhat. Our lead this issue is from our long time contributor, Harrison Simfukwe who brings us an interesting history on Rail Transport in Malawi. Kathryn Kachimanga, gives us a subject close to hearts on the recent steps taken in the prevention of illegal trafficking of animal product and the introduction of sniffer dogs at the airport (leave the weed at home guys!).

Liz Howard (Beit Cure) brings us a refresher on Bilhartzia, something to be taken seriously, but easily sorted and should not affect any holiday plans. Then another subject which has been the subject of my pain and 8 out of 10 peeps suffer from, Spine Tips is brought to us by Sharon Sequera.

African parks give us an overview of their fantastic works over the years and we point out the beauty of S.Luangwa, our neighbor. Lastly our new contributor, Chantel Alcock brings you the great doings of Timyake, empowering woman through sewing.

Big thanks to both new contributors and my old Faithfull’s & ALL advertisers of course without whom this publication would not be possible. The grand finally; to bring advertisers another value added service we are now linking their advert which appears in our one flip mag straight to their home page.
