Dear Reader,
I hope you are all well. Our lead this time around came about by our Turtle rescue in April, big thanks to Elaine Hake (Lilongwe Wildlife Society), given the time frame. Stay tuned for future articles.

Sharron Penn brings us Yoga tips, an increasingly growing practice that originated in India in 3000 B.C & we welcome back everyone`s favorite chemist Mohamed Tayub who brings us signs of a stroke, which is what I had daily trying to get this mag out.

Harrison Simfukwe brings us an interesting cultural piece with the Ingoma & their traditions and beliefs.

Then we welcome a new contributor in Dennis Kawenda who brings us an interesting piece on Napolo the myth created around natural disasters around Malawi, the most recent being the earthquake in Karonga in 2009.

Massive thanks to all of the above contributors and of course our valued customers!
I`m sure there are Escom spies who know exactly when we are going to print then call through to`flip the switch` it’s the eye, so yes we are late the day we arrived, the power went off for a week.
